These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using printsllc.com and ordering custom printed products from Coastal Prints (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Coastal Prints is a sole proprietorship.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order and accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to these Terms and the product specifications and ordering requirements shown for your order. Please read them before ordering. If you are ordering for a business or another person, you must have authority to do so.

2. Eligibility and U.S. Sales

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and provide accurate order and contact information. Coastal Prints sells and ships products to customers in the United States only. Available products and delivery options are those supported by our online ordering system.

3. Products and Orders

Our products are custom manufactured using the specifications and artwork submitted for each order. Review the product, size, quantity, material, printing, finishing, and delivery details before submitting your order. Available options vary by product.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, we will contact you about the problem and the available next steps. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed charge without your agreement. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfill will be handled as required by applicable law.

4. Pricing and Payment

Product prices, selected options, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown through the ordering and checkout process. Review the total before placing your order. Prices may change for future orders; placing a repeat order does not guarantee the price of an earlier order.

Payments are handled through the payment methods available at checkout and third-party payment processors. You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide. We do not receive ownership of your payment credentials through these Terms. A pricing or payment problem may require clarification before an order can proceed.

5. Customer Artwork and Content

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets the requirements of the product you select. This includes checking spelling, names, phone numbers, addresses, URLs, QR-code destinations, images, layout, dimensions, and all other content.

You confirm that you have the legal right and any necessary permissions to reproduce the artwork, logos, images, trademarks, and other material you submit. You are also responsible for ensuring your files meet the stated file-format, resolution, bleed, and other product requirements.

We are not responsible for errors present in customer-supplied artwork that we reproduce accurately. A routine file review does not transfer responsibility for your content to Coastal Prints or guarantee that every issue will be detected.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your submitted artwork and content. You grant Coastal Prints and the necessary production and fulfillment partners a limited license to use, reproduce, and transmit those files solely as needed to manufacture, fulfill, and deliver your order, including an agreed reprint or replacement. This license does not authorize unrelated marketing use of your artwork.

Coastal Prints website design, original graphics, text, branding, and other site materials belong to their respective rights holders. They may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization or another legal basis. These Terms do not give Coastal Prints ownership of your artwork or give you ownership of our website materials.

7. Proofs and Customer Approval

Unless a proof or approval process is expressly offered for the product you order, production may proceed from your submitted file according to that product’s workflow. Do not assume that a separate proof will be sent.

If a proof is provided, review it carefully and request corrections before approving it. Approval confirms that you have reviewed the content and specifications shown. Changes after approval or production begins may no longer be possible. A screen proof cannot guarantee an exact match to the finished printed color.

8. Custom Product Production

Production begins according to the workflow and requirements for the ordered product, including any required artwork, payment, or expressly offered approval step. Missing information, unsuitable files, or delayed approvals may affect when production can begin.

Turnaround times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Product-specific timing and requirements shown for your order apply; a general estimate does not override an express commitment or rights provided by law.

9. Color and Production Variations

Printed color can differ from a monitor display and can vary between printers, materials, finishes, and production runs. Exact color reproduction is not always possible. Repeat orders may have minor differences even when the same artwork is used.

Reasonable cutting, placement, color, and dimensional variations can occur in manufacturing. Applicable product specifications govern where they state a tolerance. These ordinary variations do not excuse a verified manufacturing or printing defect.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Custom production can begin quickly. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will determine whether the request is still operationally possible; a request is not a confirmed change or cancellation until we confirm it.

Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible, and the custom product may not be refundable. No fixed cancellation window is promised. This section does not remove any cancellation or refund right required by applicable law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Our customer-facing shipping policy is $15 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100, with FREE shipping on orders with a product subtotal of $100 or more. Review the shipping information shown at checkout for your order. This policy does not create a manual shipping-quote service.

Provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact information. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, customer delays, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

We may use third-party production, fulfillment, and shipping partners. If we cannot ship within the applicable time frame, we will provide the notices and any delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by law. Please inspect shipments promptly and report legitimate delivery or product problems so they can be reviewed.

12. Returns, Refunds and Reprints

Correctly produced custom products are not refundable simply because you change your mind or no longer need them. We do not offer a general change-of-mind return policy for custom-manufactured goods.

If an order has a verified manufacturing defect, printing defect, or other legitimate production or quality issue attributable to Coastal Prints or its production partner, we may provide an appropriate remedy after reviewing the claim. The normal remedy is a reprint or replacement, rather than a cash refund.

No remedy is promised before the claim is reviewed. These Terms do not exclude remedies or refund rights that applicable law requires.

13. Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

Inspect your shipment promptly and contact us if you believe it is damaged, defective, or does not match the ordered specifications. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when available. Keep the affected products and packaging available while we review the claim.

We may request information needed to determine the cause and an appropriate remedy. Please contact us before sending products back so we can explain any necessary next steps. An accurate reproduction of an error in your supplied artwork is not a production defect attributable to us.

14. Prohibited Content

Do not submit material that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, is defamatory where unlawful, or is otherwise illegal to reproduce or distribute. We may decline or stop work on material that violates these requirements and may ask for evidence of permission when reasonably needed.

15. Website Use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website or other customers’ use, introduce malicious software, misuse another person’s account, or submit fraudulent information. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you believe your account or order has been compromised.

16. Third-Party Services and Production Partners

We use outside providers for services such as printing, fulfillment, shipping, payment processing, and website operation. We may provide them with customer artwork and the order information reasonably necessary to complete their part of your order.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Using production partners does not remove Coastal Prints’ obligations to you under these Terms or applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Coastal Prints is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from an order or use of the website. Our responsibility for a product problem will be assessed in light of the actual issue, the order, and the remedies described in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes a customer’s mandatory legal rights. No limitation applies where applicable law prohibits it.

18. Indemnification

To the extent you are legally responsible, you agree to reimburse Coastal Prints for reasonable direct losses arising from a third-party claim caused by your submission of infringing or unlawful content. This responsibility applies only to the extent the loss was caused by that content and does not cover losses caused by Coastal Prints’ own wrongdoing.

We will notify you of such a claim and give you a reasonable opportunity to provide information and cooperate in its resolution. This section does not create an automatic penalty or a separate attorney-fee obligation.

19. Force Majeure

Events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or major utility interruptions, may delay performance. We will communicate material impacts when reasonably possible. This section does not excuse obligations, notices, or remedies that applicable law requires.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future website use and orders. The updated version will show a revised Last Updated date. The Terms accepted when you placed an order govern that order unless you agree to a change or applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Governing Terms / Applicable Law

These Terms operate together with the product specifications and express commitments applicable to your order. Applicable law governs your rights and our obligations. Nothing here selects a particular state’s law or court, requires arbitration, or waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any mandatory customer protections remain in effect.
