Selective gloss for your design

Choose 500, 1,000, 2,500 or 5,000 cards. Each card measures 3.5 × 2 inches on 16PT C2S stock with square corners. Choose full-color front-only or double-sided printing. Flat Spot UV is available on the front, or both sides with double-sided printing.

Artwork guide

Upload separate single-page files in this order: front print artwork, front UV mask, then back print artwork if printing both sides, then back UV mask if coating both sides. A front-only order needs only front artwork and its mask. Use PDF (recommended) or JPG/JPEG, up to 512 MB per file.

Use CMYK and 300 PPI raster artwork. The finished size is 3.5 × 2 inches; the canvas with bleed is 3.625 × 2.125 inches (0.0625 inch beyond each trim edge). Keep essential text and graphics inside the blue safety boundary of the square-corner template. Remove template guides from final artwork.

Supply a separate mask aligned exactly to each corresponding print file. Use solid 100% K (C0 M0 Y0 K100) for the areas receiving UV, and white for areas without UV. Create sharp-edged mask shapes; avoid grayscale fades. We check alignment and print readiness before production.
